   Really enjoyed our evening out at Le Flamant, the service was impeccable, the ambience was perfect and the food was extremely good. We really enjoy the small plates dining experience as you get to taste so many wonderful flavours. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to book again.

   The food was excellent with special commendation for the lamb which melted in the mouth. Service was initially a little rushed but settled down nicely afterwards with smiling attentiveness to the fore. There was a lovely quiet buzz about the place and we can’t wait to go back.

   Very good visit overall. Outstanding service and everything arrived at the right moment. Restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient. The table was perhaps rather small but otherwise everything including the food was excellent.

   I absolutely love Le Flamant, food, wine, cocktails, staff ambiance - it's all amazing and one of my favourite places to go. Such a brilliant addition to Lindfield ❤️

   Lovely food Portion sizes even for larger plates very small Quality of food lovely but not enough!! Would go back but wouldn’t take our husbands Meat platter good but very mean not to serve with bread….. £5 extra!! Drink prices ok Models itself on Flinthouse Brighton but just not quite there yet! All our party felt wouldn’t mind paying a little more for larger plate to be a main meal. Good luck as was a lovely experience

   thanks Debbie for taking the time to review our restaurant. It is really key to our growth that we take on board the feedback and look to continually evolve. I have taken note of the points you raised and am always considering portion size and price on both the food and the drinks. We love Flinthouse but we are also conscious of having our own identity in the village and making a name for ourselves. I hope one day we can lure you back with your husbands. Tim

   Once again it was an excellent experience. Food, service and atmosphere were all tops . A great addition to our wonderful village.

   Great to have this new restaurant in Lindfield, offering a kind of dining experience not previously available in the village. Friendly staff, thoughtful decor and ambience, delicious food, curated drinks … Everything we wanted from our dinner. Wife and I will definitely be returning for another date.
