The George, a Michelin-starred establishment, offers a friendly and sharing gastronomic experience orchestrated by the indispensable chef Simone Zanoni. A journey between the French Riviera and Italy, in a chic and trendy setting. In his refined creations inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, Simone blends his inherent sense of product with his transalpine culture and his taste for bold flavors. Alongside him, Italy's best sommelier Francesco Cosci oversees a menu rich with over 1000 references of Italian bottles, the largest collection in France.

At Le George, the Michelin-starred cuisine is accompanied by a strong commitment: offer a unique eco-responsible and virtuous experience to guests. Vegetables from the restaurant's garden that adorn the plates, mushrooms harvested from coffee grounds and cooked... initiatives aimed at sensitizing guests to the heartfelt cause championed by the chef and his team.

    La experiencia cumple a cabalidad la expectativa cuando eliges comer en un restaurante 3 estrellas Michelin. Todo fue perfecto en calidad, ambiente y atención. Obviamente fue caro, pero la ocasión lo ameritaba: el cumpleaños de mi esposo. Felicitaciones al chef y a todo el equipo de LE GEORGE.

    La comida estuvo espectacular, las recomendaciones y el servicio 10/10. La cava de vino que tienen es de lo mejor de Francia.

    We walked out after only the second course of the €700 pp special St Valentine’s dinner. This was the most disappointing experience we have ever had in a Michelin starred restaurant anywhere in the world.

    Not sure how this place achieved a Michelin star. It’s average at best. The service was completely missing. Zero explanation of the menu, and we ran out of water/drinks for the majority of the meal. I noticed two other tables around us were also frustrated at not having any water. We enjoyed the light feeling of getting away from the United States and its over processed food until we ate here. I ate 2 out of the 4 courses I had and both my wife and I felt bloated and had acid reflux throughout the night which for me is extremely uncommon. We paid around 400$ for the meal and aside from the pasta nothing about any of the dishes was special. Don’t waste your time. I can’t speak for any of the other restaurants at the four seasons but this was very far from achieving any sort of real culinary experience, the egg and cheese bagel from Dunkin Donuts I just ate at the airport was better.
