    Squash blossoms were a lump of filling fried. Unrecognizable in comparison to the online photo. Scallops had ZERO SEAR! I even asked for a hard sear. Sent them back then they came back charred!!! The risotto was not al dente, it was crunchy and completely under cooked!! It was not creamy and even plated as a “pile” that supported the scallops. More like just a rice dish. Not loose and creamy at all!!!!

    Wife and I went there for a Valentine’s Day date. Our reservation was for 7:30, did not get seated until 8:10. In the 40 minutes waiting at the bar, the bartender didn’t find the time to get our orders, they were that backed up. Food was mid at best.For some reason they kept the doors open, even though it was 47 degrees and windy. Our waitress did fight for us and managed to convince her leadership to close the doors. The staff was trying, but whoever is managing this place should do something else. Musicians were pretty good.

    Servers and hosts were excellent. The staff was just overwhelmed on a very busy night.

    Being Valentine's Day, the reservation schedulers must have overbooked the restaurant. It took too long to even get water at out table. I don't fault the servers. The restaurant was understaffed. My husband and I were getting ready to leave without eating but the server made it to our table just in time. I noticed another couple, who were seated before us, left without ordering food. Their wait was even longer than ours. The food is a bit pricey but it was good.

     we had a 645 reservation we showed up at 6:35 they sat at the bar until 720 moved us to a table we were ignored for another 20 minutes not even eye contact or acknowledgment that we were there The wait staff was literally running through the restaurant whoever’s managing this place needs to go back to restaurant management 101 they were so understaffed that I felt so bad for the wait staff . That’s not the way it’s done we ended up walking out the door one hour after we walked in with a reservation having received zero service or apologies We went to In-N-Out the food was hot on time and the service was perfect When a restaurant like this is can’t compete with in and out they need to close the doors or start over again. Pathetic
