   We had a lovely dinner after a long day. Keith was our waiter and he could not have been nicer or more professional. We so appreciated his kindness. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. I don't recommend bringing young children as it might disrupt the quiet ambiance.

   The hotel was beautiful. I thought it was interesting that their menu was no where to be found online prior to our arrival. The reason is because it is extremely pricey, over priced. The food was good but not to that price point. The cocktails were creative. The service was attentive. It was our last night in SXM. We were okay splurging for a meal but ended up disappointed at the price point.

   My ratings are based on dining Valentine’s day and we were seated outside of the restaurant in an overflow room separate from the actual restaurant so that was disappointing.

   The food was just outstanding. Very nice generous portions as well. We had the short rib and carbonara. So good!!!!
