Lola’s is the best kept secret. The atmosphere was so beautiful for the holidays. The staff is so friendly and inviting. The food is out of this world. Something for everyone. The owners are delightful. If you haven’t tried Lola’s you are missing out! My favorite restaurant in Richmond/ Short Pump.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Lola’s tonight. The food was excellent as well as the service. We always enjoy this place and look forward to our next visit!

Lola’s was very cute and had a nice ambiance. All of the food was great except for the steak. I ordered the petite filet, medium rare. The lighting was dim at the table, so I took a few bites and realized it was slimy and dark red. It was not good, so I just ate the sides. I mentioned it to the waitress, but there was no offer to make it right. I probably would go back, but would stay away from the steak. The appetizers, sides and dessert were really good.

The experience was comprised due to the noise level. We were placed in a room with a party of 16 people so our table of 5 could not hear each other speak.
