It all looked good until I say a Catholic health demerit and them telling me they do not take reservations online so after all of that I decided to go to chilies!

The biggest problem is that they told me that they do not do reservations via open table. How is this company is on here but claims to not honor the reservations made via this app. You guys should really consider removing their business off of here if they're not allowing said reservation on this app.

Gm says he has no idea what open table is so I showed him how I thought I reserved a table for 9 through the app. They accomodated us but bc two of us couldn't make up their minds of what to eat it took 45 mins to eat after a loooooong day at Mt. Charleston.

I made this reservation and when we arrived at the restaurant, they said they do not honor Open Table reservations. They said you are supposed to call the restaurant. In fact, we had a 6:00 reservation, and that is when the restaurant closed. We drove pretty far to get there and were actually the last table that they had accommodated. What I want to know is why are these time slots made avail (there were even some listed after 6:00) if the restaurant does not recognize them. When we spoke to the person at the restaurant, she was not even aware that reservations were being taken for this location. They had no clue what Open Table was or how it even worked. If we hadn't driven so far, and it was Christmas Eve, we totally would've went somewhere else. What would've happened if we made it for 6:30 (which was avail) and the restaurant was closed. What can be done for this big inconvenience?

This was my first visit to LoLo's. I went on a Saturday late afternoon. I was extremely excited to try the place. I'm very happy that I decided to make a reservation for a table instead of just walking in to the restaurant. The wait time was TERRIBLE for other people. I saw people waiting for at least an hour just to be seated. It was myself and 6 other people. I made the reservation for 5:30 that way the rest of my party could eat and be headed to a show that we're seeing that evening. I arrived at about 6:30. The rest of my party had ordered but hadn't received their food! I was so upset! Feel sorry for the waitress because it wasn't her fault. But the wait time made everyone very agitated. I'm willing to give LoLo's another chance but if I experience the same thing I will not be returning.

The food was good and I made a reservation on your website. However, upon arrival at the restaurant they are not connected with Opentable. They did not know what the service was. So when I thought I had reservations I actually didn't. They accommodated my email but it was embarrassing. Thank you.

Lolo's is a small national chain who recently opened their Las Vegas location. This was my 3rd visit, and it has become one of my favorite local restaurants. It's going to take several more trips to try everything I want on the menu for the first time. The staff is friendly, service is quick and courteous. Highly recommended.
