Overall it was ok and fair for service. The quality is the biggest disappointment. Food prices have gone up but they're not on par with others for quality and portion sizes. $63 for a duo steak fajitas isn't even close to the quality versus Montana's, or even Chuck's. We weren't amazed or left like our lunch for 3 was worth $230.

Was good, wait staff we're excellent. We had the guacamole, they make it right at your table was excellent! We had a reservation for the dining room, the place was packed. We had to wait and got seated at a hightop table. Not a big deal, but no backs on the seats so not really comfortable.

Our waitress was awesome. The food was great. It’s Barrie so there was a hockey team there. Not doing anything wrong, just lots of players/patents and with that an increased background noise level. Again, they did nothing wrong, it’s a me issue.

After not dining for many years here, we found the prices have increased greatly. We were surprised at the prices of fajitas, considering the small amount of meat/vegetables on the skillet. We were disappointed at the prices but did enjoy them nonetheless.

The waitress was amazing! Unfortunately that’s the best I can say about our experience. Another runner brought out everything for our fajitas but didn’t bring the meat waiting for another 15 to 20 minutes watched another runner bring it out didn’t know what table it went to so took it back into the kitchen. Finally we got our meat. Talked to waitress about seeing the manager but he was so busy trying to straighten things out. The table next to us were told their food went to another table. Our waitress told us we could have 8 free churros they went to the wrong table lol. Ask for more sauce as there was four of us but guess what we never were given more oh maybe it went to the wrong table. We have ate there many times never had an issue. Felt sorry for our waitress and the manager they were trying their best other staff were very confused

This wasn’t our first trip here, and the ambience and service was excellent again. This time we were just 3 people. Our order was steak fajitas, ribs and a bacon burger. The steak was a bit chewy, and the ribs were quite bland and disappointing. The burger was excellent. Pop was flat, but the server happily replaced it. Lonestar is generally more expensive that other local similar eateries so I would hold them to a higher standard, but I don’t feel we received what we paid for. Will we go back? Probably. I will have a burger instead Of ribs :)

Our server was horrible, didn’t ask if we wanted drinks refilled, didn’t check on food, looked like she was half asleep and no effort put forth. Ruined my wife’s birthday dinner!
