    Their online menu is not exactly the same as their in house menu. They don’t have the Marsala chicken pasta. The food is phenomenal and portions are huge. Service was decent but not outstanding. Our server was more business-like than friendly. This place was LOUD!! Tile floors, metal chairs, and subway tile walls make sounds bounce off the walls, and they didn’t ask rowdy patrons to be a bit quieter. They have a dog-friendly patio. Cool for dog owners but I didn’t want to spend my date night listening to dogs bark. Delicious food with big portions!!

    Food is always good. We love the deep dish Lou Malnati’s classic. Love the new reservation system. It even allows you to pre-order so it’s ready shortly after your reservation time.

    We were celebrating my wife's birthday. Lou Malnati's did a great job from table location to serving our meal. We are all fans of Lou Malnati's and enjoy their salad and classic Lou Malnati's pizza. If and when you visit Scottsdale, I highly recommend them for deep dish pizza and salad. Great location on Scottsdale Rd along with large outdoor seating.

    Great salad, but that didn’t make up for the very average deep dish pizza. Maybe the butter crust would have been better. Probably won’t return.

    First time here and it was wonderful. Our server, Jen, was awesome. Drinks were great but the deep dish was definitely the star. Crispy crust and fresh vegetables surrounded by tomatoes and cheese. We will definitely be going back soon

    This place deserves to be as busy as it is! We had our first taste of Lou Malnati’s Deep Dish Butter Crust Pizza at a friend’s party. My St. Louis native husband (who is very “snobbish” about St. Louis-style thin-crust pizza) pronounced Malnati’s Chicago-style, butter crust pizza “the best I’ve ever had!” We called for a reservation the following week, and now we are officially hooked.

    Always a win at Lou’s. The Lou pizza was fantastic as was the thin crust large. Best part is always the Italian salad. Recommend this restaurant highly.
