   Their recommend deep dish was delicious and so were their wings. Skip on the Penne a la Malnati

   Pizza was good and service was excellent. I'm glad we made a reservation because other people were waiting for tables.

   The food was good, no issue with it. Main problem was the service and more specifically, issues with billing. Out table ordered two glasses of wine (6.5 oz) that were $9.00 in the menu , but when paying, they were charging about $11.99 for each. After telling the waiter (Omar E.) about the discrepancy, he said that our “menu was old and not updated “. BIG RED FLAG! we told him that we weren’t gonna pay for a higher price. We kept looking at the receipt and one of the kids’ spaghetti plate with butter we ordered for the kids they was supposed to be about $9.0 was being charged also as a full plate at about $15.00. It took severa times to solve the issue and I think they do this very often to “unsuspected tourists”. Overall, good food but be aware of potential “errors”

   We celebrated our sons first birthday with a large party of 9, our server was beyond accommodating and kind!

   Really good Chicago pizza. Do recommend ! The price for extra topping was too expensive. Restaurant and service are perfect ! Overall amazing experience

   Lou’s south loop is always bustling with people but whenever I have a reservation, even if I arrive early they get me in so quickly! The service is top tier and the food is always great

   The server and staff were very nice. The pizza we had didn’t have any flavor. There was no seasoning in the sauce sausage or tomatoes.

    The staff was friendly. We were greeted at the door, and our waitress was exceptional and very patient, considering we had a party of eight. The food was delicious, especially the Lou Malnati salad. The bathroom was clean, and the ambiance was lovely, with music you could nod your head to.
