    Visited Lou Malnati's on Randolph and had a very nice dining experience. We tried both the deep dish and the sausage, mushroom, and cheese thin crust. The deep dish was everything you'd expect from Chicago's finest, with a perfectly crispy crust and layers of delicious, gooey cheese and savory sausage. The thin crust was equally delightful, with a great balance of flavors from the toppings. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a cozy meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to indulge in some top-notch pizza!

    Thin crust took 30 min to come out and it was too long of a wait for me as we have two small children. Their salad was excellent though

    Service was just so/so and pizza seemed like it sat for a little bit before being served. Had better experiences at other locations.

    The bathroom downstairs was really gross, our service was just ok, and the thing that made me most upset was that I reserved our table way in advance and was put downstairs right next to the door where air kept blowing on us. It was so cramped and when I asked if we could be moved upstairs we were just promptly told no.

    Great spot for a group. We took 13 folks here, and pre ordered pizzas. Great timing & great service.

    This was my first time in Chicago and I wanted authentic Chicago style pizza. The pizza was amazing and the service was excellent!!! I would highly recommend Lou Malnati’s!!! You will not be disappointed.

    There was 1 server/bartender. She worked the tables and bar well. We enjoyed our food and will dine there again.
