You and up to three friends will learn to craft pillowy pasta from scratch, pair it with perfect sauces, and enjoy a celebratory meal featuring your creations. Plus, take home a Luca chef’s apron as a keepsake! At $200 per person (plus tax and fees), this two-hour experience is the ultimate gift for pasta lovers. In Japan, Itameshi means "Italian food," and at Luca, we know a lil' something about that. After last year's sold-out debut, we’re thrilled to bring back this harmonious blend of hearty Italian flavors, delicate Japanese artistry, and punchy umami. The Menu: Hamachi Sashimi with Matsutake Shoyu, Crispy Arborio Rice, Avocado Wasabi Mousse Dumplin' Whipped Tofu with Wood Roasted Broccoli Rabe, Calabrian Spiced Honey, Toasted Cashews Sourdough Pizza with Ginger Mascarpone Crema, Dry Aged Hawaiian Tuna Ramen Cacio e Pepe with Dashi Truffle Broth & Pecorino Crispy Chicken Katsu with Soy, Lemon Caper Sauce, Rice Matcha Tiramisu $90 per person, excluding our 22% Creating Happy People fee and tax. This will be the only menu served that evening.
