Regular. Teníamos una reservación para 4 personas, como la otra pareja no llegó, el restaurante nos informó que lo que sería una reservación de dos horas, sería de una (En lo insistieron al menos unas 6 veces). Nos llevaron a un espacio al fondo detrás de la cocina sin ventanas y bastante oscuro. Ahí nos dieron la mesa junto a un par de mesas de dos personas también y otra con bebé. Qué mal que esa sea su forma de distribuir las mesas, como si los niños y los bebés no pudieran estar al frente. El servicio fue muy amable. Sin dejar de insistir que debíamos desocupar la mesa en una hora. El lugar es bueno pero no vale la pena recomendarlo mas que como una segunda opción. Chicago tiene lugares mucho más lindos y más ricos como para ir a uno donde van a comportarse de esa manera.

Service is not as attentive as I would like for these prices. There is a feeling that turning the table is just a bit more important than the diner's experience. Both are important, but turning the table comes in first.

They sat us back in the cold cellar despite my reservation requesting the standard dining room. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this. They didn’t sit anyone after us or before us in the cellar so I can only imagine why. It wasn’t until we were about 15 minutes that they sat another couple back there.

It was an amazing dinner with excellent service. The wine and food was spectacular.

The ambience, drinks and food were great. Loved the ability to do family style dining with shareable portion sizes (the lamp chops were a good size too). The attention to detail was not up to par from our waitress, but was excellent from the servers and hosting staff.
