BYOB French restaurant with a unique blend of Southern-inspired cuisine and bistro classics: think Confit Fried Chicken and Waffle, and Beef Bourguignon. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with antique mirrors lining the walls, candlelight, and warm and friendly service. We have seasonal outdoor seating along a lovely alleyway with potted blooms and bird serenades.

All good, the food was delicious, the service very friendly, the restaurant is small and comfortable, and good price I make reservations every time I come to Philly. I have enjoyed brunch and dinner.

An excellent meal in a wonderful setting! Mabu is a small restaurant that's perfect for a romantic date night. They've got a very creative menu and a talented chef who's able to execute on it. Our service was very friendly and prompt. My wife had the beet salad and said it was the best beet salad she'd ever had. I had the grilled octopus which was very good. It was almost more of a stew than just grilled octopus - very filling! For an entree, I had the duck confit. Duck confit is something I can never resist on a menu. Despite my having had duck confit hundreds of times before, this was by far my favorite ever. It was a very enjoyable evening with great service.

Very quaint bistro. Brunch burger was very tasty. Our waiter was attentive and professional. Definitely recommend.
