You may remember us as Liberty House, and rest assured, we are still the same mouthwatering food and cocktails, unmatched level of hospitality, and unbeatable skyline waterfront views, we just decided to rename the restaurant after our daughter, Maddy Rose.

Located on the Jersey City waterfront, Maddy Rose Restaurant offers a dining experience like no other. Service, food and decor - all amazing. Bronzino was excellent, fantastic wine menu and our servers were truly exceptional. We are local and will be back regularly.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, overlooking the NYC skyline. The food was wonderful. Prices are very reasonable for the venue. And the host/hostess and waitress staff was exceptional.

This was our first time dining at Maddy Rose. We loved it from start to finish! We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and she loved it! They even personalized her menu with her name and birthday! Beautiful views of the city from our table and the food was fantastic as was the service! We will definitely go back!
