food and service was great! HATED the community table. neighbors were nice but comm table could/should be separated.

Please go and go often! This is a gem of a restaurant! As Nashville has grown many of the restaurants have become very much one of a chain or corporate feel and have lost the local focus. The food is outstanding, the service is even better (and remarkably consistent), and the drinks are tasty and creative. Hats off!

I've been wanting to eat at Maiz De La Vida ever since I saw them on “Somebody Feed Phil.” when they opened up a brick-and-mortar location I was so excited! Brunch was outstanding, the value was excellent, and I'm looking forward to going back. I sat at the chef’s counter - highly recommend. The quesabirria is to die for!

Best Mexican food in the entire country and nobody can tell me any differently. Chef Julio is a visionary, elevating staples and redefining local ingredients. Absolutely amazing. Three Michelin stars 💝💝💝

Chef Julio did an incredible job! The food was delicious, best duck I’ve had in awhile! I will definitely be back!
