Companies like Instagram, Forbes, Facebook, The Met Museum, Neiman Marcus, and Laura Mercier have been hiring Yasmeen Tadia and her company, Make Your Life Sweeter for eight years to create unique, Instagrammable experiences at parties and events. In fact, her sales strategy had been to explain to clients that she could create the type of treats and experiences that couldn’t be found in any store.

Then COVID-19 happened. Lavish private parties like the ones she did for celebs like Oprah, Justin Timberlake and Stevie Wonder were cancelled. But Tadia was not despondent – she was determined.

She instead did something she never thought she would do – open a store. Tadia’s Make Your Life Sweeter will open her first retail outlet as a pop up at Galleria Dallas on November 6.
