Born and raised in Kansas City Missouri, southern hospitality is on the top of our list. It’s more than tradition. It’s ice cold beer, key lime pie, and a party in our backyard. Our family wanted to turn passion into a reality in 2013, so we came together and opened Mallards. With Dad in charge of the menu all of our favorites started showing up! From Jambalaya to Tennessee Hot Chicken, our story finds itself on each and every plate!

I made a reservation for Father’s Day. This was by far the worst service I ever received. We were seated, given water, and placed our orders. However, we waited an hour and 15 minutes before our food came out. We didn’t see our server for the rest of the night, until it was time to pay the bill. We never received refills on water, eating utensils, napkins, and our orders were incomplete. This was my second time dining here and unfortunately, I will not be dining here again.

Six family members for Sunday brunch. Perfect. My shrimp and grits was the best I’ve ever had, including in Savannah where I own a home.

the food was amazing and at such a great price. the atmosphere is very clean and it was not busy at all. the cheese curds were amazing. i highly recommend everyone to try this place.

We were there for brunch, one of us had the burrito, and the other 2 had the the shipwreck. We all enjoyed our meal; service was great, Dasha was a delight. Our only complaint is that there were no teaspoons or at least stir sticks for the coffee.

Leslie was our server and did a great job. We had the crab fried rice and shrimp fra diavolo. Both were delicious. 😋 Thanks Leslie for making our night special 😊.

The experience is great. The only thing is lacking is there’s no one at the host/hostess stand to greet you. I had to stand there for at least five minutes until someone from the bar came over to greet me and see me.

Waitress came to our table and did not have any specials for that day? I was surprised? My friend ordered a Manhattan and on got a brandy old fashion. When the waitress came back he told her the order was wrong and she said , it was the bartenders first day and didn’t offer to change it. She just walked away. This was are third time at this restaurant. Food was good but the waitress didn’t make the experience good. She seemed like she was in a hurry to go somewhere. Not much interest with us. It was my friends birthday, she just wanted us to pay and leave. The restaurant was not busy at all.
