   Server/ bartender Rachel was excellent, very engaged and professional with all of her customers. Food was well prepared. Wanted to be on your nice patio but weather still too cool. Would highly recommend this jewel of a restaurant in Findlay!

   Serving team were great Very relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable Steak was disappointing as I asked for medium rare and got medium /well done Steak was also too salty

   Beautiful Hotel and restaurant. Ambiance and service was great. Soup, salad, and bread/crackers with herb butter was delicious. We both got steak and wasn’t overly impressed with the flavor. Could have been juicier, we got ours medium done and they were over cooked. Got the Tournedos Oscar Beef Medallions and they were more on the dry side. But overall, was nice. Needs improvement on steak but everything else was great.

   Mancy's is our favorite. We spend most our holidays w them. Alwayshave hadgreat food and service.

   Went to Mothers Day buffet. Dining was in a large room with 50+ tables. Decent enough but nothing special. Food was ok but, again, nothing coming close to being worth $65 each especially when mimosas or other brunch drinks were not included. Add in the mandatory 20% tip for serving yourself and overall simply not worth near the cost. Perhaps $35 would have been more appropriate.

   Went here for Mother’s Day since I do take my mom here most years. Several years back they had higher level meats including seafood. This year had a crab dish (little crab) and a shrimp cocktail (decent). The mashed potatoes were a box-made texture, both chunky and bland. The dinner is priced high for a buffet of mostly fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, pasta, pasta salad and a couple options of pork and beef that weren’t worth the cost. In previous years they left the garage in the rear open but this year they had it closed for valet parking only. So in addition to a high price sub-par meal, they wanted me to pay an additional valet fee. The quality for the price has severely dropped. I don’t think this is a good choice for the Mother’s Day meal.

   We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Cole was our waiter, and he did a fabulous job taking care of us and making sure everything was surpassed satisfactory. We will definitely go, again, and we would even go back for a piece of Mancy’s Turtle Pie with some coffee.

    Great dinner in a very nice facility. Nice job Mancy’s and the Hancock. Perfect place for celebrating that special occasion.
