   This is the best steak house in Santa Fe. The beef bacon appetizer is amazing. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the service is great, and the owners are really wonderful ladies. Enjoy!

   Best dining experience in Santa Fe: comfortable tasteful atmosphere, perfect professional service, amazing food and drinks . . . best steak I've had in my many decades. A+ memorable evening. Can't wait for our next special meal at Market Steer.

   We found the Market Steer to be a relaxing, enjoyable and wonderful experience. The serivice was personable and excellent. We ordered the Porterhouse steak and it was exactly medium pink as requested. The suggested wine, a French cabernet had the qualities of a Merlot-at $150, a perfect choice to celebrate a Birthday. The quality of the beef was tantilizing. We love mussels and the light wine butter sauce prompted one to dip a morsel of bread. The mussel taste was very good. I suggest a different supplier for a slightly larger size. The rennovation and decor was understated elegant and the lighting was well chosen. The noise was the only downside. Since the collective ambiance was pleasant and festive, we went with that. We are definitely return customers. Thank you for such an evening. Bon appetite ! JMiller

   Hands down my favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. It’s always amazing. The food and the service are incredible, plus they have a cool sommelier who’s really easy to talk to. If you’d rather haven’t gone, try it you won’t be disappointed.

    A number of things were mediocre, but the most annoying were the awkwardly placed tables. We were dining with strangers seated very closely on either side of us (against the wall.) I’d suggest requesting to not sit there.
