   Thank you to our wonderful waiter Felipe and his team for making both daughters 16th birthday dinner amazing! They both really enjoyed the service, the food and the “surprise birthday dessert!” They chose to come here last night and they said they were glad they did! We haven’t been at Mastro’s in a long time. Had forgotten about them since we’re always so busy and on the go. Definitely we would love to come back and have Felipe and his team serve us again! Thank you so much Mastro’s for letting us celebrate last night with you! Again thank you to Felipe and the amazing team!

   Bread was offered and then charged for. Birthday dessert was offered and then charged for. I think I should have been told before those things were served

   We celebrated a friends birthday, Erin presented the menu to our bday girl and it was printed happy birthday Lisa on the menu. What a wonderful touch. . Cocktails were great, food perfection and the service from Erin was great as always! Fantastic time. 5stars

   Everything was very good. Raw seafood could have been better. Steak was perfect. Service was great.

   Last night we went to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday, party of 7. We made reservations and were seated right away. Our waiter was Michael ( Mikey) to say he did an amazing job is an understatement. He was phenomenal, the service was the best we've ever had. We've been to several Mastros and service was always good but last night was the best we've ever had at any restaurant. His personality, service, professionalism was excellent. We took our teens for the first time and they wanted to try a fancy drink, he recommended a few Mocktails and they were delicious. The food was great as usual. But service was definitely incredible!! Can't wait to be back and ask for him.

   Food and service were great, as usual. The bar area was LOUD with the live or recorded entertainment. Could have brought it down from “11”.

   Probably the best experience I’ve had at Mastros to date & I chalk that up to our server 100%. Kayla was amazing from the beginning, making sure my friend & I were well attended to, she always refilled our waters & we never had to ask for anything. Her recommendations all hit the spot, we didn’t know what we wanted & she was able to steer us in the right direction. We absolutely loved our meal. Kayla made our dinner seamless, & fun. I would go back to that exact location again & again if I were able to get her as my server every time! Mastros itself is overall a great business or date night spot, the live music in the bar area is nice & makes the atmosphere more lively. Loved our experience last night!

    We were taken to our table through the kitchen. Not a great feeling…right away the “dining room”off kitchen felt very isolated. There was no way to get attention from servers until they decided to make their way through the kitchen to this specific room themselves. Unless, of course, one would make an effort to walk back to the main dining area and look for someone themselves. Which we didn’t feel like doing. It took 10 minutes just to get someone to take our drink order and another 10 minutes to get water. Bread service came 30 minutes after we sat down. Food was fine. Nothing spectacular honestly. We decided to skip desert and coffee as to get out of there as fast as possible. The waitress was super friendly when she brought the check - it almost felt insulting - did she not realize that generally one tips based on the entire experience, not on the “what are your plans for the rest of the evening” type questions at the end… Mastros Malibu (Ocean club) is so much more enjoyable. We will skip TO location next time.
