Challenge yourself while enjoying an afternoon experiencing the centuries-old Thai culinary arts tradition of fruit caving. The class begins with teaching the group how to make basic leaf designs, and then gradually moving into more complex flower carvings using a variety of fruit and vegetables. We include everything required for the class. Also, an authentic Thai meal is included with the class, so we recommend not filling up too much before arriving. Suitable for beginners.
