   The food and staff warmed the soul on a chilly day. We had the beef ribs and chicken burger which were delicious. My wife being a celiac was easily accommodated by the staff and the food. The restaurant perfectly matched the gardens which were spectacular. We loved our visit to Mayfield Gardens.

   It was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate it with my family at the gardens. The food was fresh, well presented and delicious. The choice was good, which included a good selection for vegetarian and gluten free diets. The wait staff were so nice and friendly and went out of their way to give us a nice time and were happy for us to use our own cake and gave us take away boxes for the left overs. It was a great atmosphere and lovely surroundings. As a bonus it was dog friendly. Coffee was great. I look forward to going back sometime to create further happy memories.

   Great food and nice spot to have lunch and a stroll in the garden Make sure you reserve before, can get busy.

   Lovely cafe, friendly staff, good ambience, dogs welcome outside, quiet. However we found the food was really quite boring, and low on flavour. Coffee was excellent.

   Good Friday so it was busy. Very pleasant lunch in a nice seating. Wait staff were friendly, professional and knew their job. Food was served reasonably quickly and was well good and tasty. Desserts were delicious.

   Little bit embarrassed to have taken my visiting family for lunch on Easter Saturday. We had to park a considerable distance away from the restaurant with 4 toddlers and myself heavily pregnant with twins. We ordered milkshakes, that were certainly NOT Milkshakes but flavoured milk. All chips came out cold and the service from the brunette with tattoos and pink hair was atrocious putting all out orders in one spot, not asking who ordered what, and given the toddlers at the table we asked her to stop and she just ignored us, continuing to place all items in the one space in front of one person. It’s a shame this place doesn’t run on local $$, if so it wouldn’t be successful. I won’t be recommending Mayfield restaurant to visitors in the future.

   Awesome ambience and nice customer service only feedback is quantity of food was less like of pasta. Also my son ask no pickle no bacon chicken burger there was no mayo in his burger and top bun was over toasted .

    We enjoyed a wonderful midweek lunch after a morning of exploring the gardens. The restaurant has a great menu for adults and children and their daily specials are very enticing. We enjoyed delicious food, decadent desserts and a very enjoyable coffee to finish it off. The staff are absolutely exceptional and make dining and visiting a highly recommended experience.
