The menu parallels this classic authenticity, keeping menu selections simple yet unforgettable. Chef Brent Ross handpicks his products, and serves only those that meet his scrupulous standards in quality and taste. Most notable include the dry-aged bone-in ribeye, South African lobster tails, four-cheese macaroni with lobster meat, and turtle gelato pie.

My filet mignon was overcooked and dry, like bone dry. Oysters Rockefeller were disappointing. It took 20 minutes to get our water. Drinks were too strong and not well balanced. Potatoes were raw. For over $400 for 2 people I expected a much better experience and better food. Our waiter was nice but disappeared for over 20 minutes requiring us to ask someone else to simply bring our water. I will not return. It was disappointing, as I was looking forward to a nice night out with my husband on New Year’s Eve!

I think I found my new favorite Steakhouse in atlanta. The location in parking for excellent. The service was outstanding in the food was amazing! I will definitely start eating here at least a couple times a month! I was overly impressed at how the whole experience came together. I'm really big on steakhouses this was hands down one of the best. Just because it may not have as much atmosphere as some of the other upscale restaurants in Atlanta don't sleep on this place! The one thing you must try is to fry African Lobster tails. I had to make Capital Grille in these were without a doubt better at here!!!

The food last night was amazing as always. Unfortunately the service was terrible. We eat at McKendrick’s 8-10 times a year and usually have terrific service.

it was our anniversary, the food and the service were excellent. We had Marcus as our waiter, and he went above and beyond. Fabulous food.

My wife and one of our guests had the Grouper with wasabi mashed potatoes. They raved about it. The Brussels sprouts side was excellent. Our other guest and I had the NY Strip and it was wonderful as always. McKendricks never disappoints and was a great way to welcome in 2025

Superb in every way. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the lobsters and shrimp were wonderful. McKendrick’s salad is wonderful. The side dishes were well prepared and delicious. The service was extremely attentive without being obtrusive. overall, it was an outstanding post Christmas dinner for my family. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into maintaining the extremely high standards of a restaurant such as McKendrick’s. We will certainly continue to come back as a couple, but also to provide a very enjoyable experience for our family and friends.

Outstanding meal with gracious service. We enjoyed a nice bottle of Bordeaux wine and a filet mignon steak Oscar, perfectly cooked.
