   When we arrived, they were closed. You'd think they could let their reserved customers know this. I know that things are difficult, but somebody or could have made a phone call ore two. I actually like McQuade's a lot but as far as last Friday is concerned they get a failing mark. I would still recommend the place to friends but with a big caveat.

   Excellent cuisine and superb service. A bit on the expensive side for steak size but excellent quality. We will return.

   Unfortunately, I can’t speak to the food or the servers. We arrived at 6:15 for a 6:30 reservation. The very young host said our table wasn’t ready so we sat to wait since we knew we were early. Another couple walked in and were seated immediately. I didn’t think too much of it since it was still not 6:30 and I assumed they also had a reservation. ANOTHER couple walked in right at 6:30 and stated loudly that they were early for their 7:00 reservation. The host seated them immediately as we sat watching!!! I even politely stated that we had a 6:30 reservation and he mumbled something about “your table is next” and turned away. McQuade’s clearly didn’t want our business so we ended up leaving. We were so so disappointed since it was Valentine’s Day and too late to get a table somewhere else. I was hesitant to write this review because we never tried the food, but maybe they will learn from this and it won’t happen again to another couple eager to try this restaurant.

   We had the sticky ribs for my husband's birthday and a piece of cheesecake to go. Both food items were excellent!
