Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

The building is next door to a gas station. It’s a quaint house turned restaurant. Our party of 9 was sat next to a party of 2, the tables were not spaced out, and it felt very claustrophobic. They have astronomically high prices for the food that they offer. There is a carrot appetizer on the menu that includes only 1 carrot… for $17. The Duck Fat Potato appetizer and Moroccan Carrot salad were both very delicious. We ordered a lobster bisque that was supposed to be served hot, it arrived cold, and tasted extremely unpleasant, it completely missed the mark. Tastes like an aquarium. We also had 3 orders of Beef Short Rib, that were extremely salty, greasy, and for the price of $68, it was half fat. We sent back, the Lobster Bisque and the Short Ribs.It was overall a very strange environment, for the prices they charge, there was no ambiance, and we felt very uncomfortable. I should also add that one person in our party got sick directly after our meal.

We love Meander. The food quality is always exceptional. The staff/owners are so warm and inviting. It's our favorite place to eat in our favorite second home, Pagosa Springs.

I love the unusual cocktail choices that are always delicious- thank you Chelsea! The service was prompt and everything we had was fresh and delicious! Morgan is an awesome waiter and is happy to make recommendations. We both had the rib-eye steak which was cooked perfectly and the sides are always tasty! The tiramisu was unbelievable for dessert. We will be back!!

Everything we ate was delicious! I had bacon scallops and my man had the short ribs. Everything melted in your mouth and we savored every bite. For dessert we tried toffee cake and chocolate sorbet. We will definitely be back when we can sit outside on the patio by the river. Pagosa needed a restaurant like this, we are lucky to have it!

Blown away by the food and service and Meander. We had the croquettes, pate, duck and ribeye and all of it was fabulous. Not to mention the service was phenomenal. So happy we found this gem and we will absolutely be back!

Another fabulous Meander experience. Everything that they plate is outstanding, and the entire team is first-rate. We're so happy to have such an amazing restaurant in Pagosa!
