Situated in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen in New York City, Medi Wine Bar & Restaurant is an inviting space offering a Pan-Mediterranean cuisine and a wide selection of wines from the region, all combined with unparalleled service. Defined throughout by a relaxed elegance, Medi features a cozy Dining Room across from our spacious Bar, a picturesque Wine Cellar, secluded outdoor Back Garden, and lively outdoor Sidewalk Cafe seating.

Medi's expansive menu includes small plates, such as Mezzes and Tapas, as well as main entrées, presented in simple but creative ways and complimented with some of the best wines that the Mediterranean has to offer.

Nos engañaron en el día de año nuevo. Entramos y nos obligaron a coger un menú cerrado de 95€ por persona, y luego a la gente local les dejaban pedir a la carta. Dicho esto, la comida tardó muchísimo en servirse y estaba todo frío.

We were seated immediately behind the host stand (despite there being other two tops available) which meant every time the door opened it was freezing. He apologized but still sat us there. Had to eat with my coat one. The waitress was blatantly rude. Our food took almost an hour to come out & my “crispy skin” salmon was nearly raw and most definitely not crispy (I enjoy it rare so that wasn’t the issue). I would have sent it back but when had tickets & were already running late. Sadly, this was not the dining experience I’d hope for (absence certainly wasn’t worth the $150/2people).

Food was bland and not terribly flavorful. Each dish was serviceable. the desserts however were good.
