A Diner's Choice Award winner for the last 12 years! Legendary Medium Rare offers a unique, prix fixe dinning experience of artisan bread; a mixed green salad; prime, dry-aged steak; and hand-cut fries (Vegetarian option always available) in a relaxed, fun, environment. Please allow us 15 minutes to seat you after your full party has arrived and after checkin at our host stand. As we do only one thing, we do our best to make the food and experience exceptional and also a good value. We also serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday's with a great prix fixe including French Toast, Steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict and bottomless Bloody Marys, Mimosas and Screwdrivers. WALK INS and CALL AHEAD seating are always welcomed..

The food was just fair—-salad was warm— steak was slightly overcooked, the fries, drinks and bread was good. Service was fine being it was New Year eve and busy. Value was not good for the quality of food. Would have rather went to Texas Roadhouse for better quality of food. The ambience was energetic and welcomed for the occasion. A one and done!

Felt rushed. Our reservation was for 545 pm with enough time to see the fireworks. Our server seemed disinterested in us. I asked if there was a mocktail menu, she pointed to the wall and said you can get these without alcohol. No description. After my husband finished his portion she removed his dishes and silverware. I said don’t they offer an additional serving? She said she thought we’d been served and had to bring fresh dishes etc. our next visit she said ready for the check? Not if we wanted dessert or another glass of iced tea? ( remember no help with a mocktail menu) We were out in under an hour.

We spent a very nice NYE dinner at this restaurant. They take reservations which is nice, and we had very good food and great company! Desserts are extra, but huge and was split amongst the four of us. Will definitely be going back, as I think this is a nice find for a lot of reasonably priced food.

We've been here 3 times and had the same experience each time. Seated right away, served promptly, food was excellent and the prices more then reasonable for the amount of food you get. Definitely recommend.

We went to Medium Rare in Columbia, MD for the first time and loved it. The food was delicious and we can't wait to go back.

Perfect blend of casual and classy. The fixed three course meal are elevated staples.

The server and staff were great. Parfait and Bloody Mary were good. The main course was hardly edible. The eggs were watery and runny. The steak was not impressive. We will not return.

Wonderful dinner, perfect steak and the portobello mushroom was exquisite. Surprise after dinner celebration dessert was fabulous. Absolutely perfect for celebrating my son’s PhD!
