   Chef Peter helped us determine the best combinations of Japanese and French menu options for our birthday party celebration. The soup, sushi, sashimi, lamb chops and Kobe beef steak were all delicious. Cannot wait to go back!

   It isn't cheap, but the food quality, appearance and service are excellent. I highly recommend!

   This place was amazing! The sushi is some of if not the best I have ever had in the DFW area. The service was great and the chef was very nice and welcoming! He prepared all our food quickly and it was delicious. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I can and will definitely be back soon!

   We were welcomed by the owner/chef. Very pleasant man with a desire to serve really good food. We ate mostly from the Japanese menu and everything was delicious. The one item we ordered from the French menu was also delicious.

   Grocery store quality at best. I expected Hatsuyuki level for Hatsuyuki price point. Left feeling robbed.

   The restaurant was in the basement of a building and was a little hard to find. They do not have their liquor license yet, and doesn’t state it anywhere on the website or on OpenTable. There is a 7-11 next door if you want to go get something. The Chef and owner is excellent. He prepares very fresh fish flown in daily. Be careful when he’s offering specials as they can be very expensive because of the specialty fish and the portion sizes are not that large. All of the sushi is excellent. We will give it another try.

    Amazing sushi, friendly staff. Our go-to whenever we want authentic Japanese cuisine. French menu is really good as well. Truly a hidden gem. Would highly recommend.
