Chef-Owner Peter Merriman serves his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine in Kauai's Poipu. A pioneer in the "Farm to Table" concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods with warm Hawaiian hospitality.

                                                                    Once again, a great experience at Merriman's Kauai. My wife and I each had the Chateaubriand and it was very good. We especially liked the sauce that was spread over the meat. Wife also had crab cakes for an appetizer while I had a Ceasar Salad. Both were delicious! Finally, in recognition of our anniversary we received a wonderful complementary dessert. Already looking forward to our next return in two years.

                                                                    I love the food scene in the Poipu area. I’ve been to all the top restaurants. In my opinion, Merriman’s is the best. The food is always great, the menu is diverse with some creativity and the service is top notch. I love this place!
