El chef y propietario Peter Merriman ha trasplantado su versión de la gastronomía regional de Hawái a esta hermosa ubicación junto al océano en la localidad de Kapalua.     As always, the locally sourced food was excellently prepared. The music was a wonderful accompaniment to the sundown and food. We think Merrimans is the best restaurant on Maui, along with Mama's Fish House.

    Can’t say enough about our family’s experience at Merrimans! Our server, Brandi, was awesome. The food was amazing and the ambiance was unmatched. Everyone made the experience very enjoyable. The seafood special was phenomenal and my son even received a signed cookbook from the chef. Thank you and we will return!

    Another excellent night at Merrimans! Our table location was perfect, right along the outside railing, It was worth waiting for it. Our server was friendly, professional, and took care of us. Dinner was excellent!

    Wait per really knew and understood menu and strong on wine list. We throughly enjoyed our visit.

    Arrived early for our 5 pm reservation. Seated next to the kitchen , servers and a wall. Tables available overlooking the ocean. We had hoped to have our anniversary dinner overlooking the ocean. Compared my meal to mamas farm to table. Beet salad with goat cheese was good. Bread and soup nothing special. Ahi was good and macadamia nut encrusted mahi with broccoli good compared to any restaurant but not exceptional which is what we were expecting from reviews. Mai tai’s were good. Levi waiter very nice. Rushed in and out. Not like the other restaurants on Maui. Left at 6:15.

    The service was excellent, as was both the drinks and food! Would come again and recommend to anytone who wants a premium dining experience.

    The quality is back to the exceptional experience that we remember from pre-Covid. It was a little shaky then and shortly after, but now it is fantastic again! The music service food are great, but the views and environment are spectacular! I have always said Peter Merriman is the finest restaurant tour in all the Hawaiian islands and our experience tonight lived up to that and more. This is a must visit restaurant while you are on the island.
