El chef y propietario Peter Merriman ha trasplantado su versión de la gastronomía regional de Hawái a esta hermosa ubicación junto al océano en la localidad de Kapalua.     The quality is back to the exceptional experience that we remember from pre-Covid. It was a little shaky then and shortly after, but now it is fantastic again! The music service food are great, but the views and environment are spectacular! I have always said Peter Merriman is the finest restaurant tour in all the Hawaiian islands and our experience tonight lived up to that and more. This is a must visit restaurant while you are on the island.

    Wow- What a restaurant! Everything was wonderful! The staff were beyond friendly, environment was relaxing, views were beautiful, and food was amazing! This was our first time here and not only will we be back but we will go out of our way to recommend it to anyone we know visiting Maui.

    Prices up and portions down. While a beautiful setting and fantastic staff, the value for meals is disappointing. We've eaten here for years and no longer feel the value we feel at other higher end restaurants in the area.

    I am still in shock about how fantastic that meal/experience was. 10/10 recommend. My new favourite meal/restaurant ever. Scallops + the bread pudding…wowwww

    Amazing dining experience! We always come to Merrimans when we are on Maui. The BEST mai tai in the world. Food is creative, fun and delicious. Service attentive but relaxed. Pricey, but worth every penny.

    Our server, Viola, was excellent. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Our drinks were great and the poke was absolutely amazing.

    Mahi mahi special was dry & overcooked . Beet & Goat Cheese : goat cheese didnt taste like goat cheese, and beets were tasteless. Mai tai was incredible - best I ever had !

    Beautiful setting but confusing seating set-up if you arrive early. We had to wait to sit in the waiting area. We couldn't just wait at the bar like most other places. The food was incredible, our Wait Staff Leslie was MY FAVORITE! She was lovely, had great recommendations and even brought me a shawl when I was cold. She made the experience even better.
