Mesa Grill Sedona is a southwest style grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily as well as Brunch on the weekends. Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

We had lunch reservations on the patio for three adults plus our 2 small dogs. The food was delicious and service was very attentive. They special menu for the dogs was a nice touch. As the vegetarian of our group, allergic to both corn and gluten, I was perfectly happy with the vegetarian club sandwich. Others in our party enjoyed the fish and chips and half rack of ribs, respectively. The dogs shared an order of stew. Our corner table offered a perfect view of the airport runway and red rocks of Sedona. Just a short drive up the hill, away from the crowds in downtown Sedona, we'll definitely plan to dine here again.

Went for a late lunch, my wife had the red snapper fish & chips which was outstanding. The remoulade sauce had a nice bite to it and the fish was cooked perfectly. I had the veggie club sandwich-excellent flavors. Highly recommend.

Great food and a beautiful view! Lots of gf options. The table side guacamole and shrimp ceviche were excellent. Gorgeous views of Sedona! We also enjoyed watching a couple airplanes take off. We definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a beautiful casual restaurant with delicious food.

The Huevos Rancheros and Shrimp & Grits were absolutely delicious. From Celeste the hostess to Nicholas our server, our experience was just perfect.

The service is outstanding. Casual but friendly and very efficient. Love that they have a pet Menu and are pet friendly. Good and ambiance are fantastic! Love the place

Food was salty and far too spicy! My lips and mouth were on fire!! Had to chase waiter down for water and get my own fork from an open table. We have enjoyed every meal in Sedona except this one, which ironically was the most expensive. I would have enjoyed a better sunset at the end of the road.
