MIDA by Chef Douglass William's is now open in the bustling Fenway neighborhood. This outpost of our James Beard Nominated restaurant group is situated just a few blocks from Fenway Park within close walking distance to several destinations including the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the Beth Israel Medical Campus. Come enjoy staple dishes from our scratch kitchen such as Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe, New Haven-Style thin crust pizza, crispy Arancini, and much more. The restaurant features a contemporary but comfortable aesthetic that lends itself to any occasion from the perfect date night, a quick lunch, or large private events. Vaulted ceilings, sprawling windows, a gorgeous lighting profile, and a covered patio make this location the perfect Fenway escape. Inspired by the traditional Christmas Eve meal, "The Feast of the Seven Fishes", MIDA is proud to invite you to our "Feast of the Seven Pastas"! Available for dine-in or take-out, the "Feast", is $70 per person, includes bread, seven entrée pasta dishes, and holiday cookies for you to enjoy with friends and family (menu available on our website). Please note that this menu is only available in the dining room and take out. Pizza will be available for guests as an add on to their experience. We will serve a limited ala carte menu and ala carte pizza menu at the bar only.

I did not love the tagliatelle - too rich and creamy. But the pasta is homemade so that’s a plus!

Nice looking venue. No hot tea available…even during brunch by corporate dictate. “Italians don’t drink tea” and “we don’t have hot water” given as reasons. The last point was underscored by the bathroom faucet and the state of cleanliness of the restroom in a fairly empty restaurant 2 hours after opening.

Arancini and Caesar salad were good. Gnocchi was excellent. The chicken diss was good. The short rib lasagne was too heavy. Lovely atmosphere.

Our waiter was very helpful in describing and recommending dishes. We enjoyed the bone in pork chop and the Gnocchi.

Everything was great. Only complaint was they were a bit heavy handed with the garlic on my pasta. Still was good though, other than that I would have given 5 stars. Wine list was very good. Highly recommend!
