    I received a follow request on Instagram from Milestones Scarborough, and what a great marketing move for a foodie like myself. I immediately booked a reservation, and came last Saturday at 1400 for lunch with my mother. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, great ambience. Our waiter, John, was extremely pleasant and attentive. We did have to wait longer than we would have liked for drinks, however when we asked, the manager informed us several parties had come in and were ordering a lot. I am a very patient person, so no big deal. Our waiter and the manager were apologetic, and did their best to manager the sudden surplus of guests. Although our waiter needed to be reminded of some things, it was totally understandable given the craziness, and he didn't get overwhelmed. I wish that large parties like that would book ahead, so restaurants can staff better for it. Having one waiter for all tables, and one bartender, is not fair to them. All this being said, the food and drinks were outrageously good. I had the Mediterranean chicken, the Tokyo boulevardier, and the earl gray martini; all amazing! My mother and I shared the lobster and prawn dip, and the coconut calamari for apps; also amazing. I will absolutely be coming back to this location, and trying all the other cocktails!! Thanks for a great lunch!

    We had a amazing experience at Milestones. Highly recommended and they have a halal menu which is great. All the staff were welcoming and wonderful.

    Service was non existent even though the restaurant was only half full. I waited for 40 minutes for a bottle of Perrier. Then the head waiter spent 5 mins asking us who we ordered it from and wanting us to describe them. When we did ; he said .. that’s not my partner! Okay… We finally said it does it really matter; can we just get the Perrier. 3 out of 6 people didn’t even want to eat their dinners. The bruschetta starter was so soggy it had to be eaten with a knife and fork. The ramen noodle dish was awful… the noodles were stuck together even though there was a broth and mushy and when you put a fork in them the whole pile lifted off the plate. There’s no way the people plating couldn’t have seen how overcooked they were. I barely touched it but the waiter never even questioned why. You would have had to cut them with a knife and fork. The other 3 said their food was bordering on average. We were all struggling to find something nice to say about the place. I had high hopes because I used to go to the downtown location for lunch a lot and enjoyed it. I guess at this location they go for volume over quality. We won’t be back.

    We book our reservation on line for my sister's Birthday. We didn't have to wait long before we were seated. Harvey our waiter was very attentive and friendly. They were very busy but we didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food. Service and food was good. A few times throughout the evening the manager came to make sure everything was good. We requested the wine list and she found one a gave it to us. We all enjoyed the food and drinks and will definitely recommend Milestone and return in the future.

    Booked a table in advance for our anniversary dinner and left a note indicating as such, but the host nor the server did anything “special” at all (which is fine, wasn’t expecting anything - but would have been nice). However, the food was definitely lacking! We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which came with tortilla chips. The dip was simply put: horrible. It was not good, lacked flavour, was runny, and is not good at all. I have had this dish at other establishments, and this does not even compare to that of others. For our mains, we ordered the Smashed Black ‘N Blue Burger as well as the Butternut Squash Ravioli. The burger alright, didn’t have a fair serving of toppings, and the fries were ridiculously lacking in portion. The ravioli was mid, lacked in flavour. For dessert we ordered the Ultimate Cookie which was perfect! The cookie was delicious, but it stood to be the only enjoyable part of our three course meal. We also ordered a Moscow mule and a Strawberry Lemonade, both of which were fine! Service was great, staff were very friendly, constantly checked on us and no complaints at all! For paying, we wanted to use an Ultimate dining giftcard, but were told they were no longer accepted, as Milestones was recently acquired by another organization. In fairness, there was a sign at the front indicating as such, which we failed to observe. Overall, the food needs to be MUCH better; considering how much the items were priced at! Service was great, ambiance was nice, but the dessert was the only part of the meal that was good.

    The fruit flies are bothersome. They need pest control to fix this somehow. The food and service was good but who wants to eat at a restaurant with flies bugging them during the meal.

    Took my nephew and his wife today for Brunch for the Holiday Season. Service, Food, Ambiance was incredible. We will certainly go back to this location! Food was delicious. Perfect Holiday brunch.

    The service was awful. It took 30 minutes to place our drink order and another 20 to place our food order. There were lots of staff so there was no excuse. I think management needs a lesson on how to run an efficient restaurant. You know it's going to be bad when the guy filling up our water starts telling us about another couple who stormed out because they waited 45 minutes to be served and that we should write a bad review. If it wasn't New Year's Eve we would have left too.

    We had an nice family NYE dinner. Miguel was amazing....he was attentive, friendly, funny and extremely courteous. We will definitely come back again!!!!
