I took my kids here for Veteran’s Day. I made a reservation for 9:45 am. When we arrived and told the hostess we had a reservation, she told me we would have to wait anyway. I asked if they weren’t using Open Table anymore. She said they were, but because it was so busy they weren’t going to be honoring it. She told me my wait would be around 25 minutes. After 30 minutes, my kids were getting hungry. As not even half of the people ahead of us had been seated yet, we decided to cut our losses and find another restaurant that gave a Veteran’s Day discount. I do appreciate Mimi’s for giving a free meal to Vets. I just think if a reservation is accepted, it should be honored, regardless of how crowded it might be.

They didn't have our reservation because the restaurant can't link for some reason. They got us in as soon as possible, but it was a long wait. We ended up needing to get food to go and a large part of our order was not in the bag. I had to drive back and tell them. They filled it with no problem. They appeared very understaffed

Reserved in advance on open table. When we arrived there were only a couple of groups in the lobby and the restaurant was empty. It took 20 minutes to get seated. They were clearly short staffed, drinks and food took forever to arrive. We arrived to a mostly empty restaurant and it took 2 hours from arriving to leaving.

A member of staff was incredibly rude as soon as we entered, which started off our visit on a sour note. We ordered a breakfast burrito and crepes and for lack of a better word food was disgusting. Crepes were yellow and oily and the burrito looked uncooked, after taking a bite of each thing we paid and left. Overall highly disappointed with our experience at Mimi’s Cafe.

Always like Mimi's breakfast. Decent restaurant. But the last few times it seems the staff is not up to speed and short staffed. Went memorial day and it looked as though they did not have enough staff. Half the restaurant seating was open but they had 30 minute plus wait for over a dozen people. Our server was nice and attentive but seem over whelmed. I hope they get this fixed because it is a hard economy. I would say go for the breakfast but expect some slowness.

The cafe itself was nice and the food good. The only problem was that when I got there they had no record of our reservation. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our table to be ready. And then, when we did sit down, the host and the server had words and it took the server a while to get to our table.

When we are at the Cafe, they did not find our reservation so we have to wait for 20 minutes. I told the guy it is on Open table but they do not have the reservation.

There was no one in front to greet us. I had to find the hostess after waiting 15 minutes be seated. My food was subpar, our drinks tasted nothing like they should. Overall the expert experience was disappointing.
