Modern Indian, fine dining restaurant located at the heart of Downtown Seattle. Executive Chef, Abhijit Sarkar, is bringing regional Indian flavors & innovative, culinary techniques to the Pacific Northwest with a carefully curated menu that has something on it for everyone. Building upon the ever evolving traditions of Indian cuisine, guests will experience a flavorful menu of vibrant, contemporary dishes inspired by the distinct flavors of regions spanning all of India. Complete with an eclectic craft cocktail program, expansive gin selection & extensive non-alcoholic beverage list, guests will have an unparalleled dining experience from start to finish.

Seating options include dining room, private dining, bar and lounge. Happy hour is offered from 3-5pm at the bar and in the lounge Tuesday - Sunday.

Dining at Mint was a great experience! We started with cocktails, the Kohi-Noor and the Four Winds, which is an experience in itself. Both were great. The oysters were outstanding, as was the cauliflower and garlic naan. We enjoyed the Delhi Fried Chicken and Laal Maas. You can't go wrong with the food. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend Mind.

Wonderful interior, attentive wait staff, delicious food. My work team has visited previously and loved it so much we returned again. On the recent visit 1 of the dishes was too salty for us and the waitress was quick to remove it from our bill and get a replacement dish ordered for us. My work team plans to visit again as overall Mint Progressive is a crowd pleaser.

We were initially impressed with the food and service. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and we informed him that we had limited time due to our concert plans. However, things took a turn for the worse when our main course arrived late. We had to rush through our meal, pack up what we could, and quickly settle the bill. Unfortunately, during the concert, I received a call and message from the restaurant claiming that we hadn't paid our bill, which dampened our night out. The next day, I reached out to the restaurant to address the situation. It turned out they had mistakenly charged another table’s bill to ours. Despite resolving the issue by the end of the night, we were not informed proactively. The simple remark, "these things do happen," coupled with an inadequate apology for accusing us of dining and dashing, disrupted our evening and left us disappointed. While we understand that restaurants can get busy, it doesn't justify poor service and accusing paying customers of theft. The incident with the bill left a bad taste in our mouths and we will not be returning to this establishment. We hope that Mint takes steps to improve their service and avoid similar incidents in the future for the sake of their customers' satisfaction. As for us, we will be looking for other dining options next time we have a concert to attend.

Wonderful experience for my fiancés birthday dinner. We loved the curry butter chicken and garlic naan and our server was so sweet! She helped us all the way through the menu with great recommendations and was so attentive to us. I had a smoked old fashion ($21/$22) and I highly recommend it. Worth the money for the presentation & high quality ingredients. The only drawback for me was the lobster tail. It was on the rather small side, I had no idea they could be that small but I really didn’t mind because it was seasoned beautifully and my fiancés curry was enough to share between the two of us with the naan. I would definitely go back, as the ambience & attention to detail is spot on.

Service is slow during lunch, but food is quite enjoyable. Better for a slower dinner or smaller one-on-one settings. Friendly staff, though.

Delicious creative food! The best cauliflower ever with the 65 sauce! The staff was professional and very attentive!

The food was mostly good to average. A lot of the dishes in their gallery images are simply not offered or a more pared down version. We went on a Sunday, maybe that had something to do with it. Average rating for a very average dining experience. Our server was great though!

We really enjoyed our experience at MINT. The staff was very attentive and took the time to fully explain the menu. The food was top notch and the prices were in line with other dining options in downtown Seattle. We would definitely recommend MINT to our friends.
