This is not my first visit to The Miracle at Eddy, but sadly this year was a disappointing experience. My buttered rum drink had whiskey in it, by mistake, and not rum. Our server forgot about our table, and failed to put in our order. When she realized she had forgotten us, she blamed the kitchen for losing our ticket, which was untrue (she walked by our table multiple times without checking on us, and had previously forgotten our drinks as well). The service was the worst experience I have ever had. Our server said she would offer us a discount, which amounted to $10 off a $100 tab. Not really the way to make it right when you've left customers waiting the way we had been left waiting. We will be back, because my assumption is that this experience was really as one off, but it was genuinely bad.

We had such a great time and love this event every year. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is so fun! Drinks are great and the food is delicious.

Little pricy for drinks and had to wait for them not necessarily the waitress fault they only had 1 bartender for the miracle and tap house

Beware and check your receipt - our tab included three entrees we did not have, then when questioned we were short changed on the cash. And to top it off, two people in our group of 10 were double charged on their credit cards.

The room was small, drinks very expensive. Food was decent, but the wait staff seemed so disorganized. For all of the hype, the overall cost and $20 charge per person if you cancel your reservation inside of 2 days I expected the service etc to be impeccable. It definitely was not! At one point we were even asked to move tables & no wait staff offered to help us. We are cancelling our reservation for after the holidays.
