In 1946, the Coutier family became the first to plant Chardonnay in the grand cru village of Ambonnay, the heart of the Montagne de Reims. This was a substantial break from the tradition of Pinot Noir dominant champagnes in the region. A fine balance between texture and firmness define R.H. Coutier's wines, thanks to the warmer microclimate and chalky limestone soil. Five generations later, R.H. From chemical engineer to celebrated vintner, Mr. Graillot found a nook of the world to literally dig into and propel into the limelight. Previous to him, Crozes-Hermitage's Syrahs lived in the shadow of its tiny and elite neighbor, Hermitage. With the help from some friends of Burgundian wine prestige, he took long unattended vineyards and a quite under-attended winery to create a Syrah with far greater intrigue than thought possible from here. Deep with inky black fruits, savory spices wound all around them, and a broad but not domineering body - it's clear why the late Alain Graillot is enshrined in French wine history and why his sons now masterfully follow in his footsteps.

What is there to say except we LOVE Miru. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and our service has always be spot on. This recent trip Kevin was our server and we very much appreciated his recommendations and his charm. We will return!

Got seated in the bar even though we made a reservation. The waiter was non existent the entire meal. Didn’t ever check in with us never even asked if we wanted more drinks. I have been to this restaurant before and it’s been okay but based on this experience I would say I might not go back.

Only downside was the noise level its definitely a loud restaurant other than that everything was perfect every dish was beautiful and delicious! The Black sesame mochi was a super unqine desert and so good a must order!

The desserts are the best part. Would recommend going for a drink and dessert. Of the food, the salmon and avocado sushi roll was our favorite. We liked everything but were not blown away. Sommelier was excellent and knowledgeable.
