    Mitchell's Fishmarket does an outstanding job with their Christmas menu. My companion and I really enjoyed our meal. Our waitress was wonderful. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

    Our server was Lillian and she was attentive without being obsequious. Food was delivered timely and tasted great. Really appreciate them all working on Christmas Day.

    Wonderful place to have a holiday meal! The food was excellent as was the service. We took our time and weren't rushed. We ate mid day while it was still fairly quiet but it looked like a lively bunch was coming in.

    The salmon was not cooked and I asked for them to send it back to cook 3 times which was never cooked and I don’t eat raw seafood so I never ate it. I kept saying it was not cooked and it never got cooked which I left uneaten.

    We haven’t come here in quite some time because the quality has gone way down. I made a reservation and we opted for a booth in the bar. Our server was friendly and our drinks were fine. After waiting over 30 min for our soup and salad we asked someone else to check. Our server came and said they were making my soup still. The soup and Caesar salad came and soup was bland and Caesar nothing special. Our server said the anchovies were fresh which was clearly not the case. My entree must have been under a heat lamp as the potatoes crab cake and shrimp were barely warm. The shrimp was cooked to the point of being inedible. Our server perhaps forgot about us as she was basically nonexistent. The manager removed my meal from the bill and I skipped the included dessert because at that point we just wanted to leave. Super disappointing. We wish there was a decent seafood place locally.

    I had the ginger salmon, and it was very good. We also ordered some oysters as an appetizer and they were small and just okay. Was disappointed as we were there a few years ago and they were fantastic,don’t know what they changed but I won’t have them again. Service was great, our waitress was timely and friendly.

    Food was luke warm. We knew it would be busy but to be told “I had to fight for your bread” shows poor planning. The manager was non-existent which was,again, poor planning. By not accommodating guests, it sent a clear message to not return. Save your money. There are a lot of other places to spend your money. So disappointed.

    This was a great night. The food was fantastic, the drinks were great and Marley (sp?) was just fantastic as our server. Mitchells is a great place that has very, very good food for what I consider a very competitive price. We love going there and will continue to do so moving forward. Thank you to everyone that made our night great!

    We have been to Mitchell's many times and it is usually very good. We went for our birthdays and it just happened to be on MSU graduation day. We ordered drinks and it took 15 minutes or so to get them. The waitress told us it is because they are busy due to graduation. O.K. we get that. When we looked at the menu there were only the higher priced items on the menu. I asked about the dish I usually get, fish and chips and was told that the less expensive items were removed because of graduation and they want people to spend more. We ordered and it took almost an hour for them to arrive. My wife's fish was dry and cool and her mashed potatoes were clumpy as if they made them ahead of time and had been sitting there for a long time. I ordered steak, medium, it was cooked less than rare, it was cold in the middle. When we got the bill there were many mistakes, which took another 20 minutes to correct. After the corrections our bill, for one drink each, a less than quality piece of cod and a terribly cooked steak was $115. This is the last time we will go to Mitchells, especially when there are many, other, better options available in the area, for less money. Shame on you for jacking up the prices because it is graduation day and you know people will pay the extra to celebrate a special occasion. And shame on you for serving really bad food.
