Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.

Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

When making your weekend reservations, please note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

This place was a 10/10! If you have a special occasion to celebrate, do not hesitate! Our server, Sammie, was delightful and the venue is gorgeous - Old school classy but not stuffy. We are foodies from New Orleans where food is a Way of life and this place was on par with some of the best in NOLA. We had the steak tartar, the Brussel sprouts, the swordfish, the Cobia, and the short ribs. Highly recommend all. We also enjoyed several inventive cocktails. All around great experience!

I celebrated my birthday there and it was an amazing experience. The server was attentive & kind and the food was excellent. They had a very talented musician playing romantic and mellow music. Highly recommend for special occasions!

This was our second time going. The menu changed and was very limited than before. Only 2 fish options and the steak options weren’t great. Appetizer options were sub-par and only 3 dessert options. Entertainment is always good. Great, strong drinks. Excellent service. There definitely needs to be a menu revamp.

Overall, I love the experience and I would definitely come back again. I always think there’s room for growth so I would like to provide some constructive criticism. The night that we were there was our first night and we do believe that drinks and food took some time to come. The noise was very loud so we did have to raise our voices so that we could have a conversation. This would be a great place more for entertainment and small or close groups. The shape of the room is not set up for entertainment. Food was tasty and well presented. I do understand why it costs more. Can’t wait to go back.

The food was delicious and the service attentive. The major drawback of this place is how loud it is. I expect the music to be loud when the band is playing but when they are on their break the piped in music was blaring. I was sitting next to my dining companion and we couldn't hear each other speak. It was a miserable experience. I also don't understand why the interior designers of restaurants refuse to incorporate soft surfaces to dampen the noise level. We wanted to stay for dessert but we all had a massive headache because of the extremely loud noise levels. Needless to say, I won't be back. I don't mind a very energetic atmosphere, but this was ridiculous.

Took my husband there for his birthday dinner on a recommendation. Drinks were great as well as the appetizers. However, we found the entrees to be overpriced and under seasoned. Service from our waitress was top-notch however.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Our new favorite restaurant. Best mussels we have ever had. Smoked salmon was outstanding. Apple and caramel dessert was out of this world. Thank you!!!

Excellent dining experience as always. Went here with a friend to catch up and since it was a week night it was not crowded or loud so it was perfect for dinner conversations. The staff were excellent and we were checked on several times by the management as well ! The bone marrow is a must try.
