Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.

Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

When making your weekend reservations, please note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

Reservation was for 9:15 I was not seated until 10:00. Service was extremely slow I did not eat until 11pm . Horrible experience will never go there again.

I went to this restaurant with a party of 8 in 2021 and it was an incredible experience! My Aunt recently lost her husband of 40 years and this was her first birthday without him. I decided to share this wonderful dining experience with her to lift her spirits. It was Saturday 1/25/25 so I expected it to be very busy! We were seated by Chris. They sat us at a table for 6 when it was 7 of us! He then realized it was not enough chairs and asked if I wanted to add a seat at the end of the row making me a part of the aisle. I expressed my safety concern and he moved us over to another table. The waiter came and was very nice and first. We waited over an hour for our food and when I asked the lady with the dreads she said “ “you see how packed it was “ unacceptable! She did get us more bread! The waiter appeared to get annoyed when we mentioned that some items were missing! He did cut her cake for us and package it up! We were ready to go but were waiting for our dessert to be packaged along with our leftovers! Chris comes back to the table and states “ Cryss, I hope you enjoyed your birthday but We need this table and you over your time” I kindly let him know we waited for an hr for our food and we were waiting for our deserts and we were more than happy to leave “ he said “ let me put my foot in my mouth and go back up front “ The food and performance were amazing - that's it I am so embarrassed to suggest this place to anyone else

Excellent service at the Elk Room carried over to our dining experience at Monarque. The service was satisfactory, and it was the best grilled octopus and swordfish filet I've had in quite some time. The show is always entertaining and done in good taste. Don't go enough.

Having been a fan of Tagliata for years finally decided to try Monarque next door. Visited during Atlas’s Dine to Donate event. Service was outstanding and the meal was excellent from start to finish.

The drinks and the vibes were perfect. We went for my sweetheart's 55th birthday. He is a foodie and enjoyed his food. We loved it!!!

Absolutely a wonderful experience! I celebrated my anniversary with my wonderful girlfriend there and we will now be doing this every year! The music and atmosphere was amazing! The food was to die for, the entertainment was sensational. The service was spot on and the drinks were delicious!
