Thank you for your interest in hosting your large party/event at Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman in Ko Olina! We ask that you complete our Group Reservation Request form, which is available in the Group Menu section of our website. Once we receive your form our event coordinator will be in touch with you shortly. We are able to accommodate parties in our indoor dining area and upstairs open air dining area. We can also accommodate large parties interested in buying out the entire restaurant.

We feature live entertainment three times daily, every day of the week. Our lunch set is from 12:30pm - 2:30pm, our happy hour set is from 3:30pm - 5:30pm and our dinner set is 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Our artists embody the spirit of Aloha and feature music from contemporary Hawaiian to light rock.

Got seated promptly, server was knowledgeable. Two of our group had food allergies and he seemed knowledgeable. We have been coming for years and this was the first time the food was meh. One of our kids with gluten allergy was told she couldn’t have the fries (which I appreciated his knowledge) but then suggested a fruit cup, but then charged us an additional $6. Not worth it and should have been told first. Same with suggesting garlic fries instead of regular without mentioning the up charges for those too. Not sure we’ll be coming back.

Rachel was an amazing server. She was friendly and attentive… and from our home state of Washington! The musician also did a fabulous job! We enjoyed all of the music he played. Finally… we came during happy hour and loved the HH prices as well as the food… pork pizza, wings and of course the mai tais!

This was my first time upstairs and it was amazing I look forward to eating here every year and it never disappoints. Good food great music wonderful server What more could one want ???

Food was excellent. Get reservations if possible. We were seated next to a very loud group of 4 who made it very difficult to hear each other. Great recommendations but slow service.

A nice restaurant in a nice and convenient location. Service and food are excellent. The only issue is the music is so loud it makes it difficult to have a casual conversation. I can recommend it for a nice dinner but don't expect to have a good conversation.

Monkeypod Kitchen at Ko Olina offers a vibrant, open-air dining experience enhanced by refreshing island breezes. This two-story restaurant is known for its lively atmosphere and its claim to fame: the “best mai tai” on Oahu, which lives up to the hype with its great balance of flavors and the tasty foamed top. The spicy seafood green curry I had was delicious, with a bold kick that Thai curry lovers will appreciate. For an appetizer, the truffle fries are a must-try, delivering a blend of crispiness and indulgence. A fantastic spot for a flavorful meal and a true taste of the island for all the Ko Olina guests
