Meet us at our rooftop hideaway for an intimate sushi making class led by Moonraker’s very own, Chef Marcia Lozada. Guests will be welcomed with sake to start, then will be guided through the step-by-step process of making a Veggie Roll, Tuna Maki, and Sunonomo (Japanese Cucumber Salad). The class will conclude on a sweet note with instruction on how to put the finishing touches on Moonraker’s famed Profiteroles. 21+ event. Enjoy some of the best spring views in the city on the sweeping outdoor patio overlooking the Tidal Basin and Hains Point while you sip on a Sakura-inspired welcome cocktail and are guided through a 2-hour-long painting class.
