Unfortunately, the service has gone extremely downhill. People were kind, but it’s not what you would expect from a moderately upscale steakhouse. It took nearly 30 minutes for the cocktails to arrive. Additionally, we were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we ordered the traditional molten chocolate cake. Either they forgot to put it in or they delivered it to another table - regardless way we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the dessert to arrive.

My husband and I chose Morton’s Steakhouse to celebrate our third wedding anniversary, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel special, acknowledging our celebration with warm congratulations and thoughtful. Beyond the food, the ambiance was elegant yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. Morton’s went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable, and we truly appreciated the personal touches. I recently dined at Morton's, The Steakhouse - Arlington, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for an extraordinary meal from the moment I walked in. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and tender texture that melted in my mouth. It was seasoned just right, enhancing the meat's natural flavors without overpowering them. The seafood was equally delightful. The grilled lobster was succulent and fresh, and it was rich and buttery, perfectly complemented by a light, tangy sauce. The service was impeccable as well. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty.
