MR MIKES SteakhouseCasual is defined by what we aren’t, as opposed to what we are. We aren’t like other steakhouses. No dark lighting, starched tablecloths, pretentious servers or overpriced steaks. From our signature steaks to our famous Mikeburger®, we have something for every taste and budget.     when we arrived the person greeting us was very friendly and even wished my wife a Happy Birthday. Nice touch. We were shown our table immediately. there was a happy birthday card waiting for my wife on our table. Wonderful. the server was friendly and knowledgeable was able to answer all questions we had on the menu. Food presentation was nice and our steaks were cooked as ordered. Too many restaurants can't seem to get steaks cooked as ordered. Mr Mikes was different and we were very happy the dinner was perfect. As we were new in the area it is great to find a restaurant where everything was a good experience. It may have been our first time to Mr. Mikes but it won't be our last.

    So nice to see Abby as we missed her on New Years Eve. Had the Shrimpin Sirloin and it was superb. Our waiter Mitch was excellent. We look forward to dining here every two weeks.

    Mr. Mike's in Welland was a wonderful experience. Our server, Lauren was friendly and knowledgeable about their menu items. I would definitely recommend this location if you want to be treated a special preferred customer. We had the lobster dip appetiser for two and it was amazing. My husband said his Ribs were excellent and my Seafest Fettuccine was also excellent. i have their points card and was rewarded with a free birthday dessert which was also excellent. The staff at this location are awesome. (they even changed one of the TVs to the hockey game my husband requested). Our Thanks again and Happy New Year !

    It is always a pleasure to be greeted by Abby the hostess. Food is always excellent. Had the Chinatown Rice Bowl at our last visit. It was superb. Our waiter Steve is awesome. Extremely efficient, attentive and a joy to talk to. Dine here every two weeks and have never been disappointed with any food we have had. It is our favorite place to dine.

    Found the menu expensive and the portion of my Chinatown Lunch bowl meagre. I was shocked at being charge $4.39 for a cup of coffee that was not a "good" cup of coffee. I don't recommend this restaurant as a good place to lunch. The restaurant was quiet as there were no other customers at lunch - we were the only group.
