MT. TERRASSE is Mount Eliza's tapas bar & restaurant.
A stylish & intimate venue in the heart of Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula.
Stunning décor and quality furnishings can be seen with every detail – the wall tiles to it’s sunkissed outdoor area will constantly remind guests of the atmosphere from parts of Europe.
The well thought out wine list includes champagne, chablis, grenache & multiple different chardonnay's, pinot noir's & shiraz's by the glass. From local producers to Interstate & International. All tasted & preferred to comparisons by both owner Boyd & Head Chef.

We went on Mussell night and we weren't disappointed.Everything about this restaurant is great.The mussels were delicious and were beautifully cooked.Service was great and pleasant.

We love Mt Terrasse, we always feel welcome, the ambience is wonderful (you could be anywhere in the world) the live music adds to the atmosphere perfectly, but above all the food is the highlight. We’ve never been disappointed and tonight was no exception. The oysters were perfect and the tapas delicious. We will continue to return. Thanks to Boyd and staff for making our dinner so enjoyable.

Great ambience, warmth & jolly atmosphere. Live music was fitting though a little loud for the demographic. Delicious carrots & salad. Spicy Chicken was not fresh, previously deep fried, reheated and tossed in spicy sauce .. dry .. we ate what see could, so hungry. steak was beautifully cooked but over an hour’s wait. Had to get up and chase staff after long wait for steak. Chips had to be exchanged for fresh ones. Service friendly enough, but patronising. Would have been expensive at half the price, but possibly paying for the live music. 🤷🏻‍♀️

There was 4 of us .our drink didn’t come together 2 at first and then another 10 minutes later 2 more.We had the bottom less mussels,when we finished our first bowl we were ask if we had order our second serve we didn’t know we had too..our mussels arrived but it was the wrong order. Finally one serve arrives another 10 minutes passed second serve and than another 20 minutes before our last 2 serves.we couldn’t get coffee because the machine was off.. it was only 8 pm.. Food was ok but service was very bad.. we ask for the bill and wait and wait we finally went to the counter and ask again.. it wasn’t a very busy night.

Boyd the new owner is full of information about his wines, he is very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the mussels night and the atmosphere was also warm and inviting.

The Service was fantastic being greeted with a really friendly team. The food and wine was absolutely delicious and was a really great atmosphere and vibe.
