This place was okay, a Mexican style cuisine, and it tasted good. But, I didn’t think the prices matched what you were getting. Food wait time took long, food (main course) came out cold they said they had a catering party, but everyone around us got food on time, even people after us got food before us. Wild! Glad we came for restaurant week, so we could try 3 courses, the churros were extra crispy (not in a good way). Probably won’t go back.

Food service was very slow throughout. Desert was horrible. Dried up churros and no dipping sauce. Once we asked for the sauce it was cold chocolate. Presentation was good but overshadowed by mediocre flavor and slowness.

Expectations were high, but food was rather bland and pretty average. We had: Salsa trio with chips - salsa roja was the most flavorful of the trio, chips were okay Grilled corn ribs - good flavor, nice spice level, but a little messy Pollo rostizado tacos w/rice - both items were bland Short rib birria tacos w/beans - birria tacos were very greasy, but good flavor. Beans were good

I would recommend going later than 6:30. Way too many screaming kids at that hour, very loud and unpleasant atmosphere. It is loud anyway since there is nothing absorbing the sound. The salsa trio was good, as was the iron skillet chicken enchiladas but topping it with a few slivers of chili peppers/onions does not constitute a salad. my date liked the iron seared burrito and the side of mexican fried rice and the coconut margarita.

We enjoyed our meal and our service was top-notch. We were seated upstairs which was nice, however, the table was SO small it barely fit our appetizer and drinks. Like I said - we enjoyed our meal but for us it wasn't something extra special. Will we come back? maybe - but it's not our first choice for an upscale dinner.

The food was delicious but a bit pricey. It was very loud. That is my biggest concern. Parking was difficult. Another concern. We enjoyed our evening, but found it difficult to talk across the table. It was a busy Thursday night.
