We are incredibly proud of our food and customer care here at the Lodge. Our kitchen and restaurant team strive tirelessly to provide the best possible cuisine and service, which have guests and locals coming back time and time again.

The Bar & Bistro serves a variety of fresh locally sourced Welsh cuisine and bar snacks as well as a wide range of fine wine, great spirits and local beers. Our lunch and dinner menus highlight the best of real Welsh cuisine including locally sourced seafood, Welsh sirloin steaks and roast rump of Welsh lamb.

My husband and myself ordered the pork dish, for the price we paid we didn't expect the meat to be tuff it looked like it had been hammered flat with a tenderizing hammer which didn't have the desired effect. The menu also mentioned that the dish came with green vegetables, my husband was expecting a separate terrain of these vegetables because they were not visible on the plate he happened to stumbled across them whilst trying to saw his way through the pork. We didn't want to complain but probably in hindsight perhaps we should have the rest of the meal the starter the chips and everything else was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately the pork just let you down.

Really nice meal with the family on St David’s day. The food was really tasty and great value, as the portions were huge!

Myself and my partner had the most amazing meal which was for Valentine’s Day. The venue, food , service and staff were absolutely fantastic. We would definitely recommend to family and friends

We had a lovely Valentines/Birthday meal at Nant Ddu, food was delicious , well presented and colourful, service was great as well , We will definitely be returning ,thankyou

I booked the table for my husband birthday, and he really enjoyed it. He was amazed of how tasty and well presented are the foods. The staff are very polite and helpful they even keep my cake that we prepared for my husband birthday ans a surprise and bring it out to sing for him. We are very grateful. Thank you everyone. For making it special for my husband.
