We had an amazing dinner the other night at Napa at Kingsley first time going. We moved here about two weeks ago from Miami area looking for some great restaurants in Napa made the Cut the food was fresh started off with the goat cheese crust then we had the Napa salad, and last we shared a braised short rib Service was great and the place was very clean. We will be back!

Great experience all around. Our server Levi was first class. Great recommendations on food given it was our first time dining with them.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Napa. The service was spectacular, thanks to Alice, managers, and other staff! They brought us celebratory champagne and a birthday dessert, and it was the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time! The food was 10/10, everything was amazing!

We had Alice as our server tonight at Napa and she was delightful! Alice was so attentive and friendly. Napa is our go to restaurant and tonight we brought our children. So happy they have a great kids menu and Alice was lovely to our children! We love how the menu is always changing and will of course be back !

French onion soup is so good bit the Tuna tartare starter is phenomenal. Yeti our server was attentive and responsive.

First- we are huge fans of the Napa restaurants in Charlotte. This location has a vibe we especially love, with views of the outside area and pond..and fire feature! Alice made our night spectacular. She was not stuffy or overly formal, not intrusive, yet she had an amazing personality and her recommendations were spot on. She and the bartender helped us pick a Cabernet for our picky tastes and we landed on Terrior, which was a good pairing for what was to come. My wife had the buratta with grilled peaches with crostini to start while I had the meatballs. Ridiculously good. We both saw the filet mignon at another table so ordered the same thing! Lastly Alice slyly walks by with a piece of key lime pie to tempt us and it worked. Shut up that pie was so dang good. Not a cool whip blend. This was the real deal! We can’t wait to come back and we think Alice is just the best.

Very good overall. Great service and a stellar wine list. Filet was okay, but nothing special - definitely not the quality you would get at a steakhouse. The tomato bisque was fabulous. The meatball appetizer was fine, but again nothing special. We will go back, but this is just a good restaurant, not a great one.
