I cannot remember our severs name but we were lane 3 at 6:45 on Friday night and she had long brown hair. She was amazing, very efficient and friendly. Food was awesome. Had a blast

We had our annual family day bowling, games and great food at National on 10th. The popcorn was even better than we remembered. We had sliders, dip and lots of tots. The games upstairs is always fun and not crowded. The bowling is a family favourite and not to be missed.

First time to National. Loved the booth we were given, our waitress was very attentive and nice and the pizza was the best I've ever had, the crust was perfect. I would recommend a Dragonfruit soda as well.

When we arrived our lanes were not available so had to wait. Waited another 15 minutes for the area to be cleaned. Once we started bowling had to go and asked to be served. You simply did not have enough staff to support and serve the customers. For the price we paid do better.

didn't like how system malfunctioning made us lose time. malfunctioned often. staff were too assertive

Unfortunately they were having major issues with a lot of the lanes, ours being one of them. Our balls were not returning and the pins were getting easily tangled which required a staff member to manually fix these issues. Overall the bowling was not great, but the server's were nice and they did comp the full hour of bowling since there were so many issues. But wouldn't recommend for a date idea...

We booked the bowling lane for two hours. Everyone was able to get an excellent meal and sit comfortably in the bar area. It does start to fill up after nine as a club, but we were just finishing up so it worked out perfectly.

Did not honour reservation, not helpful in figuring out how to receive refund. Would not recommend going on a busy night. Staff did not seem interested in helping their customers.
